Using Marvin's AMD Utility

Postby symbolic X » Sat Jul 05, 2008 9:51 pm

I once heard that this is specifically designed to ensure Mac OS (under Intel) would run on computers and VM's that have an AMD chip.

What I am looking to experiment soon is that I am looking to take one of my old Tiger images and try to convert it to where it will work for a different processor (looking to convert G3 to X86) using Marvin's AMD Utility.

This proggie was mentioned by some other website where this would allow most users to try to run 10.5 Leopard on an AMD chip, but that will be more tricky.
