I tried many ISO makers finally TransMac with PearPC-HD-Resizer-0.21 did the trick. I could install withot a problem afte that. With all other ISOs I got the 'can't open boot file' error.

Make sure you really have everything (languages, extras, whatever) unchecked.

If it has already installed, then set your slave image to nativecdrom, another drive image, or just turn it off for the time being. Use any one of these methods to see if Tiger has actually been installed and that you can boot from the image.

To use nativecdrom:
Code: Select all
pci_ide0_slave_installed = 1
pci_ide0_slave_image = "M:\"
pci_ide0_slave_type = "nativecdrom"
Where M:\ is your CD/DVD drive.

To use another drive image:
Code: Select all
pci_ide0_slave_installed = 1
pci_ide0_slave_image = "C:\PearPC\macosx.img"
pci_ide0_slave_type = "hd"
Where C:\PearPC\macosx.img is the location of another drive image.

To turn off the slave function:
Code: Select all
pci_ide0_slave_installed = 0
