Running PearPC 0.4, Panther on a HT P4

Postby btedford » Tue Feb 21, 2006 5:56 pm

If one has a Hyper-Threading P4 Processor, will there be a noticable difference in speed in PearPC?

Thanks,
Brendan

Not as far as I know, because I think PearPC only uses the first processor (Windows sees a HT processor as 2 processors)

PearPC is single-threaded, so it can only take advantage of one processor.
