I want a Mac [i:83d2ec0b91]aswell[/i:83d2ec0b91] as my PC. atm, I can't afford a mac. So I am entering every competition I see to win a Mac. I have just entered one to win a Mac mini and an iPod shuffle.

I agree with habib. As many smart people say mac and PC both have their places, so I dont think I will ever be a full switcher. However due to the mac mini I will have a mac soon. But I have grown up with mac's all my life...

i worked with many different computers in different times - pdp-11, zx-spectrum, apple II, ibm pc xt and so on, with different oses installed - msdos, os/2, beos, qnx, win... so a mac will be the next step in computer skills.

There should be an option that says "I bought a Mac as an additional computer."

I hope to buy a Mac eventually. I'm getting tired of my dad complaining about video editing being difficult with our PC and having to tell him "You shoulda got a Mac....."

It'll stop the complaining...

I'm currently in the process of getting a free Mac Mini (already got an iPod Shuffle) thanks to Gratis and OC.

i did switch after using peat pc but that does not mean that it effected my decision.

it let me play around with mac os x a bit, but i found going to a apple store and using a mac for more productive.

basically research and experiences with apple computers is why i bought one, pearpc mildly effected my decision.
