[size=11:88a383a7c6]It's just one of those WAL*MART things I bought way back in 2000... HP Pavilion 6643, Win98, Celeron 500, 64MB RAM, 14.2GB HDD, and one CD-ROM drive.

Upgrades were 64 to 192MB RAM, Windows 98 to 2000 to XP Pro, and an external CD burner. Before I sold it, I downgraded the HDD to 8.4GB, but kept the 14.2 since it was more. Cool Picked up about $50 USD.[/size:88a383a7c6]

Apple Mac Plus, System 5.03. (Incidently that's one system version lower than what it shipped with...)

It was a 286... although my father had a 8086 before that which was the first computer I ever played games on... Wink

I bought my 286 (12,5 Mhz, 1 MB memory, 40 MB harddisk) from my dad for about 60 gulden (27 euros). It was a great machine! I loved it too much. Even bought a sound card later on... so I could hear the great sound effects in Prince of Persia.
Anyway... my graphics card died eventually and I never got my old PC back. I got a 486/DX2 66 Mhz, 16 MB memory, with a 300 MB harddisk. I can't tell you how much of an improvement that was!
After that I got a Pentium 166 Mhz with 32 MB memory, 6 GB harddrive and a Voodoo 2 card (woohoo!!)... quite some years later I bought an Athlon Thunderbird 1400mhz, 20GB harddisk (and bought a 60GB as secondary later on), 256 MB memory (which I later expanded to 1024 MB.
Now I own a Dell Inspiron 5150, Pentium 4, 2.8 Ghz, 512 MB memory, 80GB harddrive and a DVD burner. I'm going to get 2 GB of memory on about 2 months. Smile

First computer I used? Probably an old Atari, but I don't know what version it was b/c I was about 5. We got a 386 at some point, then my dad brought home a 486 laptop that went through Win3.1, OS/2, and Windows 95 in its lifetime.

My first computer was a Packard Bell with 66mhz and 4 mb ram. the motherboard died the first day and had to be replace. We then got a Gateway 2000 266mhz, then a Dell Inspiron 800mhz,Dell Inspiron 1Ghz, Dell Latitude D800 at 1.7Ghz(which i am using to type) and lastly my favorite, my iMac G5 at 2.Ghz Smile .
~Peace everyone for only you may shine the light into the darkness~

Intel Pentium M 1.7Ghz
1Gb RAM
Nvidia 5650 Go
Windows XP Pro SP2
PearPC .4pre

This should work, but why doesn't it?
