Microsoft has not stolen anything from Apple. In fact, it's really the other way around.

Everyone copies every one. It think it is just bad when they don't give credit to original developers (ie. apple with konfabulator, MS with the trash can, etc). Imagine not beeing able to use overlapped windows in Windows just because apple invented the concept ... Rolling Eyes

MS Paint is a copy of an original apple program. And think who had a desktop with icons first... Apple was years ahead with that. While windows users still had to deal with program groups and the file manager, Apple had the same os interface they essentially do today.

I started to mention that.... Xerox never really cared, though-- they didn't see it becoming a big commercial hit.

That reminds me of the movie "Pirates of Silicon Valley" its only a few years old and it dealt with the beginning of the PC industry and how Steve Jobs and Bill Gates were going to work together, but broke apart instead. Another interesting part was that Xerox invented the mouse i think. Im not sure if its a biased movie or not, but it gives an insight into what happened.

Intel Pentium M 1.7Ghz
1Gb RAM
Nvidia 5650 Go
Windows XP Pro SP2
PearPC .4pre

This should work, but why doesn't it?
