I’m glad to finally see a new build around. But I cannot start it:

Hmmm, what other programmes were open at the time?

A lot. But it shouldn’t be a problem since I’m using ALSA.

Actually unless you are specifically using some sort of mixing with ALSA, having ALSA won't have the slightest bit of difference. Close every app that uses sound and try again

OK, now I could start it at least. But there’s no sound whatsoever. (Tried to play a MP3 file.)

Not true anymore ...
For quite some time now, libasound detects sound cards without hardware mixing capabilities and activates the dmix plugin automatically in this case.

Wellz what I wanted to know is if Mac OS X 10.5 would work on the PearPC System...I've heard of other ways but I seriously dont want to partition my hard drive and have to reformat it and make a dual boot.
