One of next steps (after IDE fixes) will be pcap based network subsytem (no openvpn/tun driver needed) or speed improvements for Tiger...

I still have problems with device tree... Because of it user can boot only from first IDE channel. I'm stuck here.

Why is this so important to boot from another IDE channel ?
I'm pretty happy to be able to boot from the first one and never had the need to boot from another one...
But I understand you're trying to "dissect" the interface, so you'll be able to tweak it more than ever
I wish I could help you
(I'll eventually try to read some code this afternoon, maybe I'll catch some obvious idea, but I strongly doubt of it )

I noticed that on ppc-amd-sse3, their clock (top-right corner) went haywire during mouse movement. System time kept changing itself rapidly at the move of a mouse and then it stops when the mouse stops. The sse2 version does the same thing.

Fortunately, Redscorp revert some change in its code in the next day build :
download/file.php?id=280
If you're using December 3rd build, please download the latest one :
download/file.php?id=282
...and report

Which OS? Tiger or Panther?
Which release did you use?
Your OS/PC specs.
I would like to fix it but I have to know what.

OS X 10.4 build 8A428 (I'm gunna try to upgrade this soon)
I downloaded "redscorp-release-20071203"
1536 MB DDR2
1.99 GHz AMD Mobile Sempron
ATi Radeon Xpress 200M
Windows Vista - Ultimate (build 6000, I think)
It does run great on a Maxtor 120GB OneTouch Mini external, lol

This build has the same issue on my computer, using Tiger 10.4.11... Use the newest (see my post above), it should be OK.
